Committee Members of KLSAS maintain a database of the personal information you provide us when you join and/or attend a talk.

What information does KLSAS ask for?

Members:   When you join KLSAS we ask for your contact information so that we may provide you with information about the Society, our programme and any similar events that other members feel would be of interest.   This has been a postal address, phone number and an email address.   When you attend a talk we ask you to sign the Members Book as a record of your attendance.

Visitors:   When you attend a KLSAS talk we ask you to sign the Visitors Book and if you wish, to provide your email or postal address in order for you to receive communication about the Society and our programme.

What information does KLSAS share?   KLSAS does not share personal data of our Members or Visitors with any third party.

What personal data can you change?   If at any time you wish to check, change or have your data removed from KLSAS database, please contact KLSAS with your instructions and we will comply.
